I have made this wall shutter over my shutter lights. I have paint all of them with black underneath the topcoat and then distressed for more of a primitive look. You can hang it by itself or you can add your own primitive accents to the front. Hanger options will be to add wire to the top, saw tooth hanger on the back or just hang it by the star opening like it is pictured.

Shown in mustard, adriatic blue and black.

***OPTIONS*** You will have the option to have a star cut out as shown, or you can just have a straight board without the star cut out.

Nice accent for your country primitive decor.
