I have made these rustic wood heart from plywood with a rustic finish. They will come with black underneath the topcoat and sanded for a primitive look.

This will make a nice display to lean them against something, you can also add them to a box with pine or other items in a grouping. This will be a nice accent to add to a cupboard door or wreath accent.

You will have your choice of colors and hanger options. If you select wire on top to hang it will have a hole on each side of heart for wire.
