I love the way this primitive game board turned out!  I started it with a base of tan over black and distressed it all over. Primitive Gatherings saying and checkerboard I painted in black, alphabet and star are painted in burgundy. This will be a nice primitive checkerboard for your home decor. You will be able to hang it or sit it leaning on something.
