I have started the background with this hand painted sign in gray. I added a primitive snowman with three pine trees and a banner across the front of the trees saying JOY.  Due to this sign having a lot of detail I didn't add the antiquing over the top with distressing. It will have clear coat finish on top. It will make a nice accent for your winter and Christmas home decor. You can display it sitting leaning against something, hang it with a saw tooth hanger or have wire added to the top with a pine accent at the top.
