I have painted the background of this sign in light buttermilk over black and added distressing throughout the sign for a rustic look. The rustic finish as shown will not have the antiquing stain over it, but it will have a coat of matte sealer. If you order it with other colors other than the the light buttermilk it will not have the rustic distressing like this one has. They will look like the regular ones that I paint with just the black underneath the topcoat and will be distressed around the edges and will have the normal antiquing stain all over. I have painted this one in light blue lettering with shading with Hello in black lettering. The tulip I painted in pink with shading also. It is also shown with a tan background with sage lettering and pink tulip.

This will be a nice spring accent for any porch, entry way and other areas of your home.
