I have added one of my handmade snowman faces to the winter frosty hat. The snowman face will have some snow sparkle added to the face. I have added a electric light with silicone bulb to this one. Around the light I have added accents of assorted pine and berries. I accent with two ivory tin snowflakes and grungy tag that says "Frosty Welcome". Around the outside of the hat I have added a homespun tie.
