I have made this long hanging tag with a barn red heart and ivory background with black underneath the topcoat. Edges have been distressed for a primitive look.

Measures approx 5.5" x 14" long without the homespun hanger. It be used for Valentine's Day or throughout the entire year. Homespun ties will vary in color and print due to the colors that you select. You will have your choice of heart and background colors.
